2. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Order Processing: 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time: 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. External factors such as severe weather, courier delays, or remote locations may cause slight delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout page based on your order and delivery destination.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Attempts
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Please ensure an accurate contact number and delivery address are provided. The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 to 3 times.
5. Cash on Delivery Policy
Please ensure payment is ready upon parcel delivery.
Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD parcels without valid reasons may result in permanent restriction of COD facilities for future orders.
