Q1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired size or color, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and select your preferred payment method to complete the order.
Q2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), PayHere credit and debit cards, KOKO, and direct bank transfers.
Q3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days depending on your location in Sri Lanka.
Q4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Q5. Can I exchange an item if it does not fit?
We only accept exchanges for errors made by ALORAH, such as a wrong item, defective item, or incorrect size or color sent. Please review our return policy before ordering.
